A few days ago, we made this offer to send a signed bookplate, free, to anyone who wants one. The good news is that a whole lot of people took us up on the offer. The less-good news is that, because of the volume, it’ll take a little while to get them all sent out. So thanks in advance for your patience. It’s been especially nice to see the geographic diversity of the requests. As for those cynical, paranoid few of you who think we are trying to capture addresses for some other purpose — a little anthrax-mailing campaign, perhaps? — just calm down.
