If an Islamic "Hedge" Fund can't short sell, it's not really a hedge fund, is it? It's just an Islamic Mutual Fund with higher fees.

Nobody buys Easy Mac because they're poor: the microwaveable version is much more expensive than the stovetop boxes (which can often be found for about 25 cents a box). They buy Easy Mac because they're busy, lazy, or more likely, so their kids can feed themselves.
