Calling All Space Geeks and Parents of Young Children

I happen to be a member of the American Museum of Natural History in New York. (My son, like nearly every 5-year-old boy I know, is a dinosaur freak.) I just received an e-mail asking for feedback on a script for the AMNH’s new space show. I guess this is what life is like for museums after the Enola Gay/Smithsonian affair. I’m not really an outer-space guy, so feel free to lay some feedback on AMNH in my stead. Here’s the e-mail and appropriate link.

Dear AMNH Member,

The American Museum of Natural History is developing a new space show for the Rose Center for Earth and Space. We need your help and feedback to make an appealing and informative show. If you have 15-20 minutes to read a draft script and answer opinion questions, please go to http://www.nord-consultants.com/spacefilm/. We need your feedback by August 29 in order to revise the script and move to the next stage of writing. Your responses are anonymous, unless you wish to participate in a preview of the film in October, in which case, you will be asked to provide an email address for later contact. The contact address will be held confidential and only be used to provide you with information about the film preview.
