In the midst of an FTC lawsuit against Whole Foods’ proposed takeover of Wild Oats, it’s been revealed that Mackey adopted a sockpuppet named Rahodeb (an alteration of his wife’s name, Deborah) to tout Whole Foods and trash Wild Oats on a Yahoo stock-market forum.
